ย้อนเวลากลับไป ก็แปลกใจอยู่เหมือนกัน ที่ตอนนั้นยอมให้ตัวเองขาดมันไม่ได้ ต้องทนอยู่กับความเหม็น อาการไอ และการนอนหลับที่แสนทรมานมาเกือบๆ20ปี
อยากเลิกหลายครั้ง แต่ก็แพ้เพราะความอ่อนแอของตัวเองทุกครั้ง
รู้ว่าไม่ดี แต่ก็เลิกไม่ได้...
จนถึงช่วงนึงที่เริ่มมีอาการไอถี่ขึ้นจากการใช้เสียง
ออกกำลังกายได้น้อยลง รู้สึกกังวลเวลาต้องเข้าไปคุยกับใคร

どうも、おもしろ雑貨コレクターの伊勢海老太郎です。今回は、前回の冒頭に登場したもう1つのキャベツスライサー「ニューキャベック」の紹介です。キャベツをセットして、前に押しながらハンドルを回すとキャベツの千切りができます。サクサクとすごいスピードで楽しく簡単にカットできるので、千切りのし過ぎには注意が必要ですね……（笑）。千切りの厚みも調節可能です。また、今回はしませんでしたが大根のツマのカットにも対応しています。千切りをする前にキャベツの芯を簡単にですがカットしておきました。もちろんしなくても千切りはできますが、芯が混ざるのを少しでも避けたかったのでしました。使用後のお掃除が少し大変で、キャベツのカスが千切り機の間に挟まるので、よく洗う必要があります。個人的には前回の「キャベツくん」の方が使いやすく、千切りの切り口も好みでした。ただ……「キャベツくん」の方がお値段が倍以上しますからね。そう考えると「ニューキャベック」も良いですね。どちらも今後の料理で重宝しそうです。「ニューキャベック」という商品です。Amazonで5,836円で購入しました。詳細は下記関連リンクをご確認ください。

もともと個人チャンネルにアップする用に撮影していたので動画素材が少なく、撮り直しや編集で強引にこのチャンネルにアップできる動画にした感じです。いつもより雑貨の登場数が少なく、前回の使い回し動画素材も数カ所あります……すみません。後半は料理動画ですね（笑）。キャベツの千切りと言えば、とんかつです。というわけで、大量のキャベツの千切りと一緒にとんかつを食べました。私はキャベツの千切りはマヨネーズ派で、ソースはかけません。皆さんはいかがでしょうか？ちなみに、きのこの山派でアーモンド派で目玉焼きは醤油派です（笑）。そして今回は広島のお好み焼きを作りました。前回の大阪のお好み焼きよりも、キャベツの千切りをたくさん使えるのが嬉しいです。業務用ネギ切り機「ネギ平ジュニア」もまたまた大活躍してくれました。山芋を生地に入れましたが、生地をクレープ状に伸ばす時にスムーズにいかなかったので、広島のお好み焼きには入れなくてもよかったかな〜と思いました。あっ、最後のお好み焼きは親戚がちょうど家に来ていて、食べたいと言ってくれたので一緒に食べました。さすがにそのシーンは撮影しなかったので、食べるシーンが登場しない珍しい終わり方になりました。大食いチャンネルではないので許してください（笑）。実はキャベツを使い切る為に最後に紹介した数の倍くらいの量を焼いたんですよ〜。料理が大好きなのでとても楽しかったです。途中から焼くシーンを撮影して、超早送りで動画のラストを作ったら良い感じになったので、このチャンネルでアップすることにした流れです。

120g (4.3oz.) white chocolate
120g (4.3oz.) cream cheese *softened
Directions:
